I have the suspension all back together . I am just trying to get a ruff alignment done so I can move it to get one done on a rack.

I set the uca cams all the way in on the front and all the way out on the back.  but the side are way different from each other. The passager side has a ton of positive camber compared to the driver side. Yet both sides have the cams set the same way?  Why is there such a huge difference ! I know I still have a lot of sheet metal to drop on it ( fenders and hood ) but I should still be able to set a rough base line ???

Are the bushes new? Is there a chance it has offset bushes that are incorrectly installed?

Repo uca with bushings and ball joint already installed .

The reason the front suspension has adjustments is to compensate for dimensional production differences in the chassis. Setting the control arm cams the same on both sides doesn't necessarily provide the same caster on both sides.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.
