Hi Guys,

just wondering if anyone can offer tips for lowering the rear of my 71 Charger an inch or so.

I know lowering blocks are an option, has anyone else used them - what are the drawbacks ?

I've also heard you can invert the forward spring mounting bracket - does this work and how much does it lower the rear height ? Any advice/tips is appreciated.

You should have done a search on the site first, there's some post with the information your asking about already: http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,2201.0.html and http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,2201.0.html

I build spring hangers that will lower the rear end 1.5 inches.  I can also build custom hangers to move the rear end up or down a different amount if you like.  Custom hangers aren't that expensive to make since I already have the CAD files on hand.

terrible one

Would the ones that move the rear end up and down be what I want to give my Charger that classic 60's and 70's muscle car "stance" ?
