Starting bid is 46K, why do you think he will take 40?

Im sure if you show up with 40K cash in hand he will be very tempted to take it probably after being jerked around by so many people by now

41husk

Maybe, the question is if 40 k is a value.

myk

The term survivor is so mis-used it's stupid.  Technically, aren't ALL of our cars "survivors?"

41husk

I guess so mine survived with a different motor, trans, quarter skins, wheel house, trunk floor, front floor, drop downs, end caps, paint, carpet and I am sure I missed something.  Other than that my car is all original  :2thumbs: :coolgleamA:

Maybe, the question is if 40 k is a value.

Not with a green interior.  :eek2: He also says that it's got a green vinyl, but it sure looks like black to me.

That car has been for sale on fleabay at least 4 times. Half the price might be a better asking price.

Especially in this case, with all the "upgrades" it's far from a survivor...especially by Bloomington Gold standards.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

I noticed he wont show a good pic of inside door jambs but if you look close you can see the Engine compartment is a much darker green then fender tops & door jamb darker & I can see what looks like a 2 tone color line in door jamb where they back taped it on edge during repaint. View pic & let me know what you think. I think it's been repainted. LEON.

Damn Mytur, I agree twice with you, it's black and maybe good at 23k.

What's the world coming to when you are right twice?

It may be original paint, but I sure wouldn't want to keep it looking like that. To bring it to the standards I want, you're going to put 40 large into it. His price of 46 large is just way out of line; hence why it hasn't sold.
