So , need a distributor for our 94 Yukon. I was just going to go to the parts store and buy a new/rebuilt one but a lot of the reviews say they are junk ,icm goes out quick. Dealer wants $450 ... ain't gonna happen. Anyone able to recommend a decent manufacturer , nothing pricey? If I can find one cheap enough I would pop for an Accel or MSD icm .Might just go to a boneyard and keep my old icm in the glove box.

I just went through this for an early Cleveland distributor, the only thing I could find was a second hand unit for $350 that still needing rebuilding. A full MSD distributor worked out cheaper.
