LCA pivot bushing sleeve removal using Mancini tool.

Bought a tool from Mancini that wasn't much use as is.. the step on the tool was 3 x the gap width available in the bottom of the bushing hole. I threw it in the milling machine and cut the (at least 1/8") lip down to 0.055". Worried it might be so slim that it would just shear off. Dropped the halves in place, tightened up the screw and nut  and tried the slide hammer as suggested. Not a chance. Put it in the hydraulic press and they popped right out, un-deformed with absolutely no effort.

I have found the easiest way (if you have access to a hydraulic press) is to tack weld a washer to the inside of the sleeve and then use a long bolt or piece of round stock to push it out.
