He has sent me tons of detailed pics of the car, which followed by this email

In this case, what is the end game for the scammer?   Scammer is collecting name, address, email and phone?

The link does work for me, but im in germany. Im gonna try to upload the pics, but i dont think it'll allow me to. Very detailed pics, looks to be on cali plates, light yellow colored.


What they do is get u all worked up, then last minute they tell you that they need a certain amount of money for paperwork, they sound very convincing. This is a scam, 100%

That's weird, perhaps it only works for people overseas. It wont let me post pics from my ipad, if someone can do it for me, i can message u the pics so the owner is aware of this.

Yep yep- I dont see the scam here either really, unless it's a stolen car- but if he has title...

I just got the same thing via Ebay,
filled one of there %$#@ing rewards things ,
just to collect data for other company's ,
telemarketing calls , is just the start

I see-  it's good to have a spare "in case of BS" email account.

In cases like that for me I use 10 minute email to avoid the scammers.

Works like a charm.

It's only useful when you need to provide an email on-line for whatever reason to continue their process. If it's something long term then it's no good to use as the email will expire after 10 minutes (hence 10 min. e-mail).
