Brake grab help?

Just got my Charger nearly road worthy. Power brakes, front disks, rear drums.

I took it for a drive around the hood. The right rear tire skids when braking...

I took the wheel off, checked it all out, adjusted, cleaned etc....same thing.

Re bleed the system.

shoes on right? on the correct front and back?  springs new?  backing plate lubed on pads? if so, back off the adjustment a little
