i have a 73 charger and im buildng a budget 360 for it. my goal is at least 350 hp. here is what i got with the motor, stock block bored .40,stock crank, rods. pistons are sealed power(ch 1.576), cam is a Erson TQ20T(gonna get replaced), stock 596 smog heads with aftermarket springs, retainers, dampners and locks, LD4B intake(getting replaced as well),

who has had success with these heads. i hear the cc is between 70-72, gonna kill compression. i have been told to get a set of J or X heads, but i cant find any cheap enough so this what i got... i will be running headers, either a comp 260 or 280 cam, edlebrock performer intake, unless you have a better suggestion... im all ears guys...i was also told to add a windage tray, but my main cap bolts are bot set up for windage tray. gonna br running a thermoquad 850 cfm as well... should i replace the pistons and run the 596's or keep searching for the other heads? also was suggested to run magnum heads with oilable lifter and pushrods and the magnum rockers also going from 1.5 to 1.6?

I see the piston thing coming again. What do you have in the budget? 'Cause you gunna hear you best get new ones. As I pointed out in the other forum you are at about 300 HP with your present stack of parts. Here is why........

I have about $150 buget for pistons. I found dome speed pro with compression height of 1.637, much better that my.current pistons which are 1.576. They are speed pro. I really want the speed pro verify of kb107 with ch of 1.660,but they are over $300
