looking for any available info on XS29R0G182797 11K MILE 70 CHARGER R/T

Looking for some help on any available info on XS29R0G182797 ( 11k mile 70 Charger R/T hemi auto in EV2 ) an acquaintance owns the car but has no previous history on it. I told him to check on the 70 Charger registry but he said it's not a known car as far as he knows. I figured if I posted this here someone must surely know the car especially it being a hemi car. I will post a link later tonight with pictures from my FB page.

has it got or had  a fiberglass hood with a sixpack scoop ?

as far as I know no, but anything is possible in it's early life I guess.

just know that it was sold by a classic car dealership in Illinois (North shore classics)
