Charger 68 fender tag code

Hello!

I have finally bought me a charger 68th.I decoded the fender tag yesterday and i found something
i dont anderstand.I hope someone know the answer here.

Here is the fender tag:

So you can see the code PE    -  Color off the roof Dark Blue Metallic and NE    -  Color off the body Dark Blue Metallic and T1    -  Monotone paint
and then the code Y6    -  Black Vinyl Top

I wonder if my car come original whith the vinyl top or not?? Becouse the T1 code says that the color off the roof is the same that the body.
Are i,am missing something here?

 i'm  far from a expert ,   as far as I know  the    

          PNT   =  color code of car
     
           EE1   =  dark blue polly   paint code

the OP's Charger did have a black vinyl top from the factory

Y/6 = 306 "BLACK" vinyl top

the monotone paint code "EE1" does not reference the possibility of an OPTIONAL vinyl top

The P and N values under "PNT" will (should?) always be the same on a 68 Charger. I believe they can actually be different on some other vehicles. Even with a vinyl top covering the roof it will still have this paint code - although I don't believe the full top was painted when they knew it was just going to get covered with vinyl. None of mine have been.
