VOID ?
It was actually masked off before the fender was repainted white.   :shruggy:

Is what happens if you try to peel a VIN tag from a '70's door frame. Not sure what would have been on the inner fender...

If peeled away, original Vehicle Emissions Control Information labels will show VOID when they delaminate.

Must have been painted over and then peeled off.
