Looking for a clamp

I give up.  I've been searching for decent looking clamps with an ID of 3".
I would like to find billet/aluminum, but heck, as long as it looks good I'll take what i can get.

It needs to have a flat surface for mounting and be split to mount a tube in it.

Here are pictures of what I am looking for... the 3" ID part is what is hard to find:

Thanks Pat - those fire extinguisher clamps should work!

I have a pair of the red CSR ones shown - but they won't work because it isn't a split design (its slip over).
