Anyone move their 70, Sept 4th, Baltimore?

Saw this in 95 south in Baltimore this morning.  Looked to be a 7 1/4 or 8 1/4 rear?  Rear bumper was a little crooked, big gap on left.  This is just south of the McHenrey tunnel.

no picture seen, but there was no 7-1/4 rear end in a 70....was probably an 8-1/4 rear gear car

Took me a few minutes for the pic.  Knew there was a changeover year for 7 1/4 to 8 1/4.  Friend of mine has an E-body - 71 Barracuda - 318 and 7 1/4.  Hard to see the Charger in the tunnel when I was behind it.
