Max wedge and superstock power

Hi guys

Ive come across a videos of the old ramchargers and super stock racing back in the day. Then this past saturday i was at the big mopar show and they had some max wedge motors and super stock hemi cars. these really caught my attention. Here is a link to 2 great videos to show what im talking about

these max wedge 413 and 426 are pretty cool. They did awesome back in the day against ford and chevy.

Does anybody know the different between the wedge motors and the hemi other than the obvious "hemi head"
