The flight recorder data came out. Seems the guy lied, the drone never dropped below 200 feet and never hovered over his property.

If it was that high up then what did he hit it with?  Not the ammo he claimed.


200ft is not really that high.  Not in the big scheme when we are talking about legal precedents.  I would still be bothered by a drone that high over my house.  And if you want to spy on someone you don't have to be directly over their property to see things.
