I don't know, it think it looks as stupid now as it did then.  I mean really? WTF were you thinking?  :scratchchin:  :brickwall:

I guess if it's extra stupid looking now and was just stupid looking then it technically is dated now eh?

The hood hinges look like they came out of his kitchen cabinets!

yea, I was wondering how the spark plugs and dist parts would get changed?

Of course, if you don't drive it, they won't wear out

Looks like he has a 69 waiting in the background for his next experiment.

As always... Just because you can, doesn't mean you should!  :slap:

With more modern paint and wheels, and a engine worth looking at maybe it would be cool, but all that hinge work was just unnecessary on that car  :rotz:

A fact sadly lost on nearly all customizers.

That looks like a very easy fix compared to most of the restos on this site.  It doesn't even look like anything is seriously cut-up in the process.  Those mods look like they were done mostly by adding stuff on.

with that air cleaner set up !wonder where the water goes when the car is washed or it rains   :shruggy: ;)

Given that nobody or very few will see this as an improvement...
Now the real question is how much of a price cut do these "custom touches" get you on the final bid, and is it more or less then the cost to bring the car back to stock.
