I was thinking about letting my 4 speed set up go. I have trans, shifter, bell housing, z-bar , linkage. I rebuilt the trans 10 years ago and it probably has 500 miles on it. Shifts perfectly but now I have an auto in the car.
I see them selling for pretty good money but what is a real world value?

I sold mine this year and I think I got 1250.00 for it?   It was something real close to that.   But I live in the rural south.   :Twocents:

$1500-ish.  With the assumption you are including the flywheel, clutch and crossmember, I would say the higher side is possible.  2000 isn't out of the question, but I based it on what I spent.  Which was about 2300, but that included a new, rebuilt trans with 1yr warr. from brewers for 1100, new Hurst shifter and mechanism, new linkage, new clutch, new hump and for 70 I needed a one yr only steering column.  You could deduct 250 from my total, for the column. They will also still need pedal assembly.  If you have the console shifter that adds value too.  I pieced mine together, so as a package that helps you as well.  Mine was an 11" flywheel, just for comparison, if you have a 10.5.  Some people may prefer orig. shifter, but then you have to consider wear.  The new ones have positive stops added.  Local sale would help.  Then again, guy on ebay lists kits for 3200.

Its worth whatever someone is willing to pay. I paid under a grand for my complete setup, down to the last nut and bolt, 11" setup with a brandnew in the box centerforce dual friction clutch. Ive seen them go for crazy prices though.

8 years ago I paid $700 for pedals, bb clutch, pressure plate and bell housing, 23 spline trans. hurst console shifter, with the console and cross member. I think i got lucky.
What was I thinking?

Dont know if you want to sell as a package or dont mind selling single pieces.

If it is a console shifter then I might be interested in everything but the transmission and bell housing.
I'm also interested in a 143 tooth flywheel.

To be ontopic : I paid $650 for a top shelf condition (but not rebuild) 18 spline gear box. another $300 for a date code correct 11" bell housing and $150 for a mint condition OEM hurst console shifter. That last one got lost somewhere along the ride across the Atlantic and never arrived, go figure....

Shoot me a PM if you want to sell single pieces.

NOS is nice, turbo's are neat, but when it comes to Mopars, there's no need to cheat...
