Does anybody know the thread size of both ends of the fitting that screws into the gearbox and the hp line screws into the opposite end. Does anybody know where I can get one for my 68 charger. I have a fitting from a 67 model but the hp hose is to big. Jim's has one but they want 35 for it. If I know the threads, I can pick up one from grainger our a hydraulic hardware store.

Found this fitting in another conversation.  Is it the correct one?

The threads in the valve are 1/2"-20 for all years but the thread of the flare (where the hose end attaches) changed in '70. Pre-'70 is 5/16" flare and '70-later is 1/4" flare.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

I knew I saw one on ebay, just couldn't find it the other night. I ordered one already from one of the links above. If it doesn't work I will get the one off eBay. Thanks.

The Technifit store fitting is the wrong size.  I bought it and it would screw into the gearbox, but the HP line would work.  The threads on the fitting needed to be a size 5 not a size 6 fitting.  Going to order the one off of ebay.
