Standard Clock for rallye cluster 1968-70 B Body

Hello, I was just wondering on how to remove the time setting stem on a 1968-70 B Body rallye cluster clock. Is this similar to the design on the 3rd gen. head light switches? Where you push in a pin and then pull out the stem? Picture below for references.
