Exhaust manifolds

Needs to be educated on my latest build. I'm working on a 72 challenger, using a 440 motor from a 78 mobile home.
I'll reassemble using stealth heads from 440 source. Holly dominator intake with a double pumper carb with a slightly bigger cam then stock. (Not sure yet what size).
I have and want to use the HP manifolds if possible from Mopar performance.
I've acquired a set through the years but not sure if they'll work for my needs.
One of the exhaust numbers is 2898879, the other is 3871595-2 (11/22/71).
I believe the 2898879 is from a ''C'' body 383, I cant find any info on the other manifold.
Are these manifolds dedicated to their specific body styles or can they be used as a mix n match set for every day use.
my car is not original by any sense of the word so numbers matching is not a deal breaker for me. I hate headers f any kind and don't want to use them if I don't have to. can anyone shed some light on this for me.....thanks in advance the education.
