This was saturday in the club showing.

after winning the club, this was sitting on pit road waiting for the judges to come by (one of whom was Ray Evernham)

Pulling into victory lane to get my interview and awards from Ray, in addition to the club win, I also won the lady's choice award, which meant I got to get out of the car to receive that award and get a picture with Ray and the mascot

Pulled the car out to the track to get a picture with the awards, the club award is on the left, it looks small but it is actually quite big, almost as tall as the bumper, the lady's choice award is almost as high as the hood.

it was a really fun weekend, almost makes the time spent waiting on the car to get done worth it. Out of everything down my way during the viewing time, my car by far had the most attention and pictures.

That is really cool.  Your car is awesome, I love the color. When I lived in NC back in the early 2000's I had a mid-year Vette I went to a show there at the speedway.

Congrats on the awards! That is one sweet 69!

I was at the the auto fair on Friday, and did not see ANY Chargers! Now in walking the infield and the track (all the cars were on the track) from turn 4 to turn 1 you would think I might see a charger..... NOPE, O well, I have to say the weather was beautiful!

Chargen69

sunday there was a blue 1970 500 for sale, my 69 in a club, a red 68 in a club, and one 69 500 in a club, but that was all of them

  What color was the 69-500 ? I know of a B-5 blue Hemi 500 and a red 440 -500 in the area.
