There has been discussions about decals for the buttons.
I need to find buttons without decals.
My switch assembly is marked above the buttons.

Can someone point me to where I can get 2 of the thumb portion of the buttons as shown in the pictures.
It appears that they are held on by the screw shown.

Without taking several of the extra sets I got laying around and looking for that screw, mine all seem molded one piece.  Are all your tabs screwed on?

Yes, they are all 2-piece assemblies.
The slot in the finger portion is trapezoidal.
When the 2 parts are slid together, the screw engages half in each part.

CDR - Do you have a reference on what they are called or part number. 
I can't find them on their web site???
They have Labels.

No screws in mine.  Looks like all one piece unless I'm missing something

I don't see the screw either.
It is hard to see the overall shape.
You probably can see better then I can.
Functionally, it Looks different to me.
In my picture, you can see the slot, in the button, that the whole thing slides in, as you push the button in and pull out.
