We have had two good warm days in the 70's here in north ga and it finally dried up enough so I could get the charger out without it getting muddy!! It really likes the warmer weather!! It started up on the first try much to my surprise, I pumped the pedal twice and turned the switch expecting it to flutter or sputter but it started up and ran first try!!! This was a surprise since it's been a couple of weeks since I started it up but it even started up good then too and it was cold a couple weeks back. Was pleased with the work I done to it over the winter month's, I replaced the lifter's and rocker arm adjusters with better quality parts (I hope anyway) and I bypassed the bulkhead for my charging system which I am sure it has helped the operation of the entire car it seems!!! Was glad to cruise around the neighborhood and change the gears!!! Got to give it a bath soon, it's not filthy but it is a lil dusty and could use a washing off!!

The weather has been gorgeous the last 2 days... those poor folks in the northeast have my sympathy!

We only had a few days of snow and then a couple days before the snow hit we had some ice but mostly it is just rain!!! It rained every day in february I think. I have never saw the ground so wet here, for a few days it wasn't even walkable. These last to days have been so great and it's amazing how just a couple of nice days of dry warm weather can dry thing's up so quickly. Hope you fellow's up north are going to get thawed out soon, I was without my charger since before christmas and it seemed like forever til I got it out today and went for a drive!! I really need to put some fresh gas in i'm sure, it has a half a tank in it but the fuel has been in it a few months but if the weather holds up like today it won't last long in there anyway!!!!

Keep a bottle of spray-detailer and microfibers in the trunk so you can keep your car clean between drives...

I have one of them california duster's but I forget that I have it since it's hanging on the wall with everything else in my shop. My buddies give me a hard time about hanging stuff on the wall, there is a little bit of everything hanging on the wall in my shop. Really just need's a good hand washing since it was september I think since it had a good wash job. I usually keep it dusted off pretty good between wash jobs but I done my lifter swap and then my wiring project and it has a few hand prints on it here and there. Even a little dusty the orange still looks good!!!!  ;D
