Anyone remember the member building his own charger around a tube chassis with amd metal? I haven't been on here for a while and wanted to check it out, I was day dreaming today and want to build a drag car using mostly AMD etc. parts panels, having regrets on selling mine and I think this would bet better route than tearing one apart for a drag car

IIRC the guy recently said he had abandoned (or at least postponed) the project because he was under 25yo and insurance rates for that project would have been stupid.

I believe you are getting Baldwinvette77(waiting for cheaper insurance to kick in) mixed up with the tube chassis car
