Forgive my ignorance, but what is a "Frost Block"?  I tried searching and could not find any explanation.

Thanks!

A block that someone filled with water and lives in Michigan during the winter . . . .  :shruggy:  See it a lot with some of the boats around here . . .

That is the best I can come up with . . .
Tomorrow is promised to NOBODY . . . .

There are some 440 blocks that have  heavy reinforcement ribs on the sides...I've heard them referred to as "frost blocks".
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Would there be a corresponding number somewhere if the blocks were different?
