68 charger lamp for my son's room

My wife and I just spent all weekend finally getting my son's birthday present upon the wall. A good friend supplied all the parts that he had left over from his resto. My son (about to be 4), picked out the dark green color. I put LED puck lights in the lenses to light up. We plan on putting a shelf on top, so he can display his collection of mopar cars!

That looks great! I had a similar idea I wanted to do when I removed the old tailpanel from my 68, I was going to patch it-bondo it up and make something like this, never got around to it and finally wound up chunking the old panel. The YOM plate is a nice touch too.

That is so cool. I have been collecting tail panels for about 5 years now, I have about 10 of them and the taillights to go with it(68 69 and 70 charger f course) along with some coronet cuda etc.. My goal is to paint each of them in a cool color and hang them all in my shop with working taillights.. one day..
