Who in their right mind would say

Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us. 

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....

Above blower, invented here in Orangeville On, by a man named Orange Jul, and not by the town founder Orange Lawrence. Orange must have been a popular name back in the day?  The Orangeville train station has a wall, full of old pictures of the original blower in duty.
