Hi everyone,

Half of you remember, and the other half tried to forget how I sold a 68 Charger to buy a 69 mustang mach 1. Which I later sold for a 1970 Chevy Chevelle.

After having the best 3 muscle cars (to me) from the 3 different brands (Fords best, the fastback mustang, Chevy's best, the chevelle, and Mopars best the Charger), I gotta say, Mopar is Mopar. Sure, they are big and heavy and slow and whatever else in stock trim, but there is just something about owning a Mopar that can not be expressed in performance figures. Not to mention out of the 3 cars I like from the Big 3, the Charger is the down right meanest and toughest looking one of the lot. It really is bad-ass compare to any other muscle car (including other mopars)

So, I am going to be buying myself my 3rd and last 1968 Dodge Charger.

I am happy that I owned the big 3, but what can I say, all the other gal's are great but this one is the one you want for life.

Feels good to be back with Mopars

I did the same thing back in the day, wanting to experience something different from Mopar.  Just to see what the others offered.  And, I came to the same conclusion as you did....If you are a Mopar guy, than only a Mopar will do.  Not saying that I didn't have fun with the other brands, or for that matter that I didn't appreciate them, but there is truly something special about Mopars...."once a Mopar guy, always a Mopar Guy"

While on the dark side I owned:
Pontiac Trans-Am
Pontiac Tempest with the dual overhead six
AMC Eagle
Olds 442
Chevy Monte Carlo SS
Chevy Silverado with T-tops
Plus some others.....but it's nice to have a Mopar in the garage once again....it just feels right.
