Ma Mopar bolt?

During a recent search through my 50+ year collection of Mopar bolts, I discovered this one. It is a ⅜" by 4 ΒΌ" NC with the CPCD logo on the head. It looks like it may have been a water pump housing bolt on a big block, but that's just a guess. Has anyone ever seen a bolt MADE by Chrysler? I am in the process of restoring a very correct car and using the correct bolt markings wherever possible. However, in my extensive research I have not run across any reference to this head marking.
Just a question to ask other Mopar gear heads for the fun of it.
