I know it was not an option for 1969 but does anyone have a pic with a 69 w/go wing?

It would look like a '70 Charger pretty much would it not?  :nana:

I'm all for doing your car however you like, but a go wing on a 69 will look pretty tacky.

I vote for adding a front chin spoiler instead if youre going for a more aggressive look.

I wonder if the downforce would help.   :scratchchin:
Who in their right mind would say

"The science should not stand in the way of this."?

Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us.

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....

The car will have a chin spoiler, I was just looking for a photo to see if a wing would look good or not. I would hate to mount it just to find it sux  :icon_smile_dissapprove:

I love spoilers and flares- but that just looks out of place in my opinion. Really hard to improve the lines on these cars. I put a camaro chin spoiler on mine as others have done and I like it- hides the suspension.

Another option I've been playing around with a small lip added to the rear of the deck lid like:
'73 Cuda 340 5spd RMS
'69 Charger 383 "Luci"
'08 CRF 450r
'12.5 450SX FE

I cant really make out the lip very well in that photo, but that back glass is sweet  :coolgleamA: how are those nascar style  vertical braces installed?

I'd put a luggage rack on rather than a wing........

I'm all for factory correct options, but the Go Wing should have never been an option on 70's.

Hey! Big thanks for posting that. Best pics of that car I've seen yet. (sorry for my crappy one) Love the bumper caps and the decklid pins

Go wing looks really silly in any 2nd gen Charger. Its hard to believe that it actually was an factory option. Maybe it might be fine in 3rd gen but not in 2nd.

That modified '68 looks really dangerous. It has a cage and a Hemi but then it has seats without any head rests and tube placed just behind the seats. Getting rear-ended in that would be an instant death.  And hitting your head against cage in any other accident would likely cause a death too.

It could be had for $2309.00 per month for 144 months (12 years) at 4.99%.

$2309.00 x 144 = $332,496.00 :smilielol: :smilielol: :smilielol:
