Led bulbs for tail light

Hi,

I want to put in led light bulbs instaed of the normal ones. Not a conversion kit, just bulbs. It looks great, but off course the brakes should be brighter then the normal light so i have to put in some kind of resistor that powers down the normal lightning strength. Anyone familiar with this? What to put in and where?

Same question whats the best led bulb for 69 TAIL light,dont whant to make modification just plug in???
