IIRC that black 3rd gen nosecone was "carved" from chunks of rubber bonded together

That distance looks about as long as the doors on both of them.

Aren't the gen3's shorter in the wheelbase also? So that wouldn't help. :shruggy:

115" for 3rd Gens, 117" for 2nd Gens...but the 71 Charger front fender overhang is tremendous, 2 liter Coke Bottle design syndrome :icon_smile_big:


I "bobbed" the fenders back somewhat on the leading edge while building the 71 Superbee Charger to try and visually shorten the frontal overhang
