I called - really a nice guy. Said he will look for my fender but is pretty busy at the moment with other people. Cant imagine why.

Yup,
Bob Kerbs' shop area.  He is the gentleman who I purchased my 68 hemi Charger from in 2004.  Bob is the last original owner of a Hemi Daytona.  Last I talked to him, he was retiring and trying to sell the shop.  He had plans of taking many of those cars with him to restore  to occupy his retirement time.
