Hi John,

Dispassionate, I like that!
That promo picture makes us limeys look like idiots I'm sure!!! :slap:
There must be some reason for the car change in the shot?

I think there's more 68/69/70 Chargers here in Europe than in America now lol.

Don't worry it will be noticed by all in Europe, the promo shot of 'pure ignorance'! :brickwall:

Well done on the Model release and sorry for any insult that may have happened by Numpty ad-men!!! :shruggy:

I can assure you there is PLENTY of PASSION over here!!! :patriot:
I have the full size version of this car here in England.....

I saw that new cover for the DVD on eBay the other night and was thinking WTF?
They may as well have Photoshopped them onto a General Lee.  :smilielol:

I got one of these for Christmas! :) Can someone tell me how to close the headlight covers? I think they rotate but I don't want to take a chance on breaking anything.
Thanks!

With a toothpick, you can push between the headlamps at the top or bottom edge of each door (the closer to the edge, the better- more force/less chance of damage).
This will likely put the door in a half-open position.
Use the toothpick to lift or lower the now-exposed door edge to expose the grille face.

Here's a video I made specifically for you.... and others, of course.

Easy to make a diecast clone of the 68 Charger used in the original Cannonball now , use a black 68 Charger diecast, add the slots from the DMCL diecast ,and some decals and wing .Loved that movie !!!!

Nice write up on these in the Feb, 2015 issue of MCG too in case the glowing reports here aren't enough to convince you.
