Seat Belts from a 70 Duster in a 68 Charger?

I have a 68 Charger that doesn't have any seat belts in the backseat, has the fronts with the provision for the shoulder belt, but the shoulder belts are missing as well. There is a Dodge parts guy here that says he has a whole set from a 70 Duster. Will they fit? Anyone else swap these in?
