vacuum tree fitting

Finally figured out my vacuum leak; the smallest fitting on the vacuum tree on the manifold had broken off and I hadnt noticed.
My car is an A/C car, so I need the 3 way vacuum tree off the back of the manifold; anybody know where I can get one of these fittings?

Used is your only option, they show up on e-bay from time to time. If you're not concerned with originality this might work for you:

How about the non AC 2 ways; are they available? I can always take the third line off the rear of my carb
