How to clean paint with no wax of any type left?

Is there a compound to use that cleans but leaves no film or sealant chemical? My car has a coat of Kirker single stage white paint mostly meant a seal/protect coating. Some areas will be reworked but the entire car will get repainted section by section as the body panels get fine tuned a bit better. (When it's not 98* in the shade!)
I'd like to find something to clean/compound the paint that will wash off completely to not interfere with adhesion. I'm even being careful about lubing or treating moving parts.      :shruggy:
Yes I've checked on line and looked a stuff in the stores but you guys have so much more experience I'm hoping to hear from ya!

Like "Pre", I have some leftover. Thanks for the idea!  :2thumbs:

Not knowing how much wax is on there, just guessing 2 or 3 washes with Dawn dish detergent should do the trick.

The entire body is "naked" paint, in about a year I've mopped it down with Dawn and clean rags/soft brush 3 times. I thought they might make an abrasive compound that I could scrub any crap that gets on it like from the road or trees....maybe Soft Scrub cleaner.
Thanks Guys!  :2thumbs:

Neal, instead of using Soft Scrub you could use paint cleaning clay. You have to use it with a spray detailer, though.
Of course, washing with dish detergent, etc would remove any detailer or wax residue anyway.  :2thumbs:

Bug,wax, & tar remover solvent works well also, comes in spray cans. Look for it with all the other cleaning supplies at any auto parts store.

Agreed, use the clay bar but instead of using quick detailer I would just put some Dawn in a spray bottle with water.  That will provide plenty of lubricant for the clay bar.  Once done, wash the entire car again with Dawn and you should have stripped everything off.
