We heard the word " Bicentennial " so often that we started saying "Bison Testicle" as a joke.

We had Bicentennial everything:

Trash cans, cars, pencils, you name it, if it existed back in '76, somebody had a Bicentennial version of it.

BTW when my mom drove us seven kids across country from Ill. (in a 56 Desoto) we saw no bison on the way. If we had I may have asked the question about why they had two tails.

We had hail the size of baseballs in the area a couple of days ago. 

There is nothing to miss about the thunderstorms here.

They can be pretty wicked. 

I do like the snow in the wintertime, though...
