1970 superbird disc brake calipers

ok. Heres a pic of 2 calipers I have laying around. The holes on the top are different on eachother. what one is more correct for superbirds? thanks

IIRC....ALL Superbird production had to be completed before Jan 1 1970 to fly under the new Federal bumper act laws that were to go into effect, IIRC, the last bird rolled out/off production in 12/20/69, so I'd want a KH caliper with a production date stamping no later than  359 9 1(2)....or 359th day (Dec) of 9 (1969) 1st or (2nd) shift

hi there. thanks for the post. It really helps me to get the right parts back on my car. So that's 1 vote for the large hole. any others out there that have done the brakes on there car recently and noticed it? thanks ron

Ive got the little hole buggers on mine,
Replacements?? The car had 39000+/- miles when I got it so???
wingless now, but still around.

well. Its not so much im trying to be a crazy loon purest. Yes I know I speeled it wrong. But if I have 7 calipers laying around. And im going to pay to get 2 rebuilt. Why not at lest do the ones that are most correct? I don't think that would hurt anything. :) r

The ones on my Hemi Superbird have the big holes.  All you had to do was call me, I would have told you! :brickwall:
