If you can be charged with "stunting" on "private property", that means there is really no such thing as private property in such cases, by definition.

The term "private property" deals more with trespassing and with activities that don't carry beyond the physical property.

Lots of people that create obnoxious noise don't do it to purposefully irritate others, they merely have a laissez-faire attitude (if 'ya don't like it, f**k 'ya).

Unless of course you can prove to authorities that excessive sound is "noise pollution" and most pollution legislation contains a phrase concerning "point of impingement" meaning pollution will be determined where it falls.

Terrible. Laws like this need to be fought. Who the hell wants to like in such a totalitarian society? Fight against the lawmakers that passs such laws. Use the internet as your tool just as you have done here.
