All,
Is the logo on the horn year specific? Looking for a rally 3 spoke wheel for my '69 and I see some with the Tri-Star logo and some with the elongated dodge logo.

It should be the three spoke Dodge fratzog.  What is the elongated Dodge logo you mention?

Only other logo (other than the Road Runner head) would be the Plymouth logo like this...
