i just put them on my 71 and the fit with out cutting anything it is just tight and takes time you will need two people or atleast i did tomake it easier

Just as a follow-up, I'm still working on installing the summit exhaust with the summit headers.  Headers fit great, but found the pipes needed some adjusting (cutting and welding) in a couple spots.  Looking at the instructions more closely, there's a disclaimer that the summit exhaust is designed for the hooker supercomps & anything else may need modifications.

Still, for the price, I've got no complaints...but make sure you've got access to a welder or tubing bender if you go with this combo!
