Well I guess just like the title says. I was wondering if the heater/Ac box under the dash is the same for all 66-70 B-bodies. I t is out of a 67 Coronet factory air car (not the dealership add on). I plan on selling all the Air stuff to fund my 68 Charger R/T daily driver project and I do not want to mislead anybody on what it will work for thanks.

No, they are not.

1966-67 are same
1968-70 is the same

1966-67's have a thermostatic control on the side of the casing .

1968-70 has a temp vacuum control thermal delay valve on the bottom of the case

1966-67

my 66's & 67's never had that switch...all were OE factory AC cars also

Interesting. I just finished an AC box from a 1966 Charger,,it had it. I have a box out of a 67 GTX , it has it.
Did an a/c box for a 1969 Charger and another for a 1970 coronet. They both look like this

The 68 has a switch on the vent box instead of the side of the heater.  I have a 68 Charger that I "thought" I could use a 67 Belvedere's instead of purchasing a correct 68 unit. Mine was missing when I purchased it.  There was a heater only unit in the car when I bought it.  I rebuilt the 67's unit and put it in the 68 Charger.  Then as I was finishing up the installation of the controls, realized that there was something missing.  Then I bought a 68 unit to put in the 67 Belvedere and found it had the missing part in a different place.  Tear out the rebuilt unit in the Charger and put it in the Belvedere.  The one I bought for the Belvedere is now rebuilt and in the Charger as it should be.  What a waste of time but, they are bought rebuilt with the same kit.
