Had a friend of mine do an overhaul on my 67 Charger variable speed wiper motor. Cosmetically it looks great, and it operates OK, just backwards! Anyone have an idea how to fix that without pulling the motor back out? Just hate to have to send it back and wait who knows how long to get it fixed....

Thanks,

I've got no clue on this, but is it something that would operate forwards if you switched the polarity?
Who in their right mind would say

"The science should not stand in the way of this."?

Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us.

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....

Talked to the guy who rebuilt it yesterday and he thinks I have the linkage installed 180 degree pull the motor I guess and check that out...
