Engine Block Numbers

What do these number mean on my engine block...I have a 69 Charger

Give you a bump here to stay at the top.
Block Casting Number(Big ones) tell you rough years that block produced, small ones I think are actual date codes ?

If you look down just above the OilPan rail on the passenger side of the Block, should be a small machined pad with the actual Vehicle Serial # stamped in.
That will tell you if it is numbers matching Block to the Car.
