I grew up reading hands and gestures. I know about 5 Italian words, but can read gestures very well... The little girl only needs to practice her delivery.

My late wife was Sicilian. On the rare occasion (:D) my behavior wasn't up to par the first indicator of her
ire was the "hand up, palm looking right at me" as in stop right there!........then it was the Sicilian woman "Look".
Bad juju that. Women are crazy anyway but Sicilian women.........
