brake shoes

I thought about putting disc on the front of my 69 383 charger but I saw that praise dyno shoes are supposed to be almost as good. anyone know if that's true? I cant find anywhere to buy them. what are the best shoes out there? thanks

I tried everything to get my drum brakes to not fade out, I decided I was not going to throw any more $ down that rabbit hole and got this kit.

that looks like what I might do also. how do you like them? it says they come put together. is that true?
