Model Vrs Colors ?

I think this was covered before recently ? but my search here failed ?
All I could find was this from 2007

Can anybody direct me to... or know of any data for production #'s of the various 1969 Charger Models, versus what Colors they came in ?
Is that stuff even known ?
Wasn't there a Poll or something here recently on this subject ?

For example;
* how many 1969 Charger R/T models were in B5 ?
* how many of those 1969 B5 Charger R/T Cars in B5..... were "SE" Cars as well ?

I am wondering more specifically about my Car, roughly how many 1969 Dodge Charger R/T "SE" Cars, were Black(X9) on Black(V1X) ?
Ideally, it would be even nicer to find out how many were also stripe delete ? Tinted Glass ? etc., etc.
I'm thinking that information may be unknown... but still curious if anybody has tried, or can make a knowledgeable guesstimate ?

No. Colors were not tracked before 1970. The best you can do is find a large data base, like the '69 Charger Registry, and find out from that specific source the percentage of cars they have on file in that color. It's not an exact science but with a large stable data base, you can approximate production numbers.

One also cannot combine options to determine production numbers. The known info just doesn't work that way. Trying to guess is just that...a guess.

Bob,I don't think there is any way to know exactly how many were made with specific options.In 2008 when I got my 3x9 69 R/T SE,I put it in Chris' registry.If my memory serves me,at that time he had replied to me there were nine X9 R/T SE's in his registry.
Mine also like yours is V88(stripe delete) and tinted glass along with a bunch more  factory options in mine,six way seat,rear defogger,PW,PDB,A/C,AM/FM,rocker moldings,headrests(early car),and N85.

As already mentioned, unfortunately production records were not detailed enough to answer your questions (or mine and lots of other Charger owners questions  ).

For example;
We know how many '69 Charger R/T cars had 4speeds and we know how many '69 Charger R/T cars had the SE option, but we do not know how many had the 4speed and the SE option. The thread above has the numbers that are known.
