While I loathe throwing money/parts at a problem that I don't know the cause of, buy a new dimmer switch. They're cheap and who knows.........

I'm not sure if your asking if you need new lights or dimmer switch or if you already changed those???
If you didn't the dimmer switch is usually the culprit but Headlight switch could also be cause.
I went through this last summer with my Demon. it was right at the bulk head (engine side) bad crimp at the wire that brings power through.
Use a shop manual and follow the wire diagram.

Looking for ideas what the issue could be. Really would like for weather to be better, got time in today rain next 3 days.

dont use high beams and drive without them and not stress?  I could stress out about having no ash try, but as long as my car is mechanically sound and body in good shape I say forget little things such as that?

That or go buy new high beam switch as members suggested and look at the wiring diagram.

When I took apart my 68 I drew a map for my personal records where the main power lines g, whats connect, etc...

issue could be:

bad dimmer switch
all high beam elements burned out
faulty wire connection at dimmer switch
faulty wire connection somewhere under hood.

you can probably rule out the headlight switch itself, seeing as the low beams work

NOS is nice, turbo's are neat, but when it comes to Mopars, there's no need to cheat...

The ol pokie pokie works well on high beams.
