And I wasn't doing the usual 68/69/70 thing there I was thinking about historical significance and being serious for a change. :icon_smile_big: :2thumbs:

I know.  :icon_smile_big:

A case can be made on either end, but you may have the edge. Lets just agree to disagree, and say a 2nd gen Charger will make the grade.

Grade "B" for b-bodies.

BROCK

I think there were 7 Daytona Coupes made by Shelby.  All were
certainly built as racecars.  So a whole lot of the criteria that have
you & I believing a car belongs (or doesn't) is out the window.
For 1st in that registry, IF sales rated hi:  Ford Model T.
..............................., IF beauty rated:  1940 Lincoln Continental
& 68 Dodge Charger have both shared top 10 internationally and
would tie for American.
..............................., IF pure speed & performance:  Another tie
between the 427 Cobra (production) & the GT40 MKII (racing).
..............................., IF aerodynamics (which is part of the Pete
Brock design) then the Dodge Charger Daytona would get the
(production) portion of that vote :2thumbs:
